The thread on hand crank radios got me thinking...
I've never built my own radio, but would it be possible to build one that receives NOAA weather broadcasts, but fits into something small (like a tic tac box)?
I remember buying a carabiner radio that picked up AM/FM/Weather, but it promptly broke. I wish I hadn't thrown it away... the circuit board looked like it would be small enough but I can't find it anymore
