I had my 25 in a pair of jeans and my wife put it through the wash today. It's looking pretty good but I'm wondering if I should take it apart and grease it. I bought some Finish Line flourinated grease to use which should work well.

I would disassemble, clean, and grease, but you probably don't need to because grease won't wash away easily.

Good thing it was in a pocket. Did it stay in there? I would say yes to taking it apart and lubing it. Although, as Nullity said, it may not need it.

It came out of the wash opened up so I assume it was laying in the bottom of the washer. I haven't heard of any cut up clothes yet so I think it's all good.

For anyone interested.....washing it got rid of the grease. I took it apart tonight to check and it was pretty dry.

I didn't get any grease with mine as I bought it just before they changed the packaging. I watched a video or read something somewhere and ended up ordering some Finish Line grease.

She never checks your pockets before washing?:D
Yes you were lucky the Seb never left the pocket during wash otherwise would get banged up a little.

Why buy a CRK? Amazing quality, and you can do this^^^by design. What a great knife.
