Action pics to come later. I'm not good at fuzz sticks but I soon will be.

Great stuff buddy, love the pics !;)

I wish I lived close enough to call round for one of those burgers !!!!!:D:thumbup:

Love the beach! And as Pitdog said, the burgers look delicious!

You have no idea. They tasted much better than they looked!
The EWOK is a much better size than I had expected. It just seems perfect to me for most things I use a knife for.
The name really makes sense to me now.

I gotta know, how did you manage to get the little one away from your wife? :D

I asked her very nicely if I could borrow it.:D
Don't get the idea that I will ever get to use it without "borrowing" it.

What did you marinade the burgers with? And tell me about the beer...also, I had a chance to borrow an EWOK from rescueriley...they are great pocket fixed blades! I don't own one, yet!

For a knife that was dying, it has become pretty popular! Someday I want to have one for myself, along with a Scout Jr., and........

I mix a large cup of water, olive oil, garlic, cholula, seasoning salt, sea salt, black pepper, finely ground cayenne and Italian seasoning. All in pretty large amounts and I pour it over them as they cook. The water steams and smokes and smells better than anything on earth. The burgers are far and away the best I've ever had.
You need nothing more than them and a bun. Well, that and the fresh steamed asparagus spears in Tillamook butter and sea salt!
She Who Must Be Obeyed found the Mad River Brewing Steelhead Double India Pale Ale. If you like an IPA, this is one of the best tasting I've tried. The taste is strong but comes on slowly and is really enjoyable and deeply flavorfull.

That shot of the two knives taking a 'long walk by the beach' is classic.

Looks like you had a nice homecoming for yourself. Now, I'm off to buy some ground beef and seasoning, as I just have to have burgers tonight for some reason.

All the best,

- Mike

I spent 11 months dreaming about going on a walk on the beach and needing those hamburgers. I sure hope I don't have to wait that long again.
This morning SWMBO cooked up a skillet of Italian Sausage crumbled in scrambled eggs seasoned with Olde Thompson garlic pepper and topped with Mizithra cheese.
We washed it down with a good IPA.
Life is good.

It just seems to me to be the perfect edc. I've carried it continually since it got here. I have to check occasionally to make sure it is still there. It is extremely comfortable to carry and a really good size for a user.
Everybody needs one!
By the way, the Tin Knife hasn't left my pocket (except to use) since I borrowed it from SWMBO.

Well, my last day at home was wonderful. We went tidepooling a few miles from home. Had a couple of fabulous meals and walked the beaches for a few hours.

Everything that needed to be cut was cut with the EWOK. I'm addicted to this knife!:D

I'm really happy with this pair. A large Nessmuk for a camp knife will be next. What else could I need?
