I'm just starting out making some kydex sheaths. The first several came out pretty good but there's room for improvement. Since I made them I decided to upgrade my press to something that is a bit easier to work with. My apologies in advance for the size of the photos. The main components are 3 pieces of 1/4" aluminum and "polyboard" (similar to Trex).
