Got me a new toy today
Actually the boss picked it up at work and gave it to me, someone had left it behind when they let their house go back. Oh well, one mans forgotten and neglected tool is another mans new, fun filled project
This here is an old Homelite XL-12. This is back when Homelite didn't make crap tools. The XL-12 series was introduced in 1964 and discontinued in 1988. This is a blue model so I think it is an older model (64-70 something I think). Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. I've been doing a lot of reading so any personal experience is much welcome.
You see that short piece of pipe just behind the spark plug, yah, its a metal gas line, not that cheap rubber crap (or whatever fuel line is made of) that is sold today. These days where when America make good tools.
