Homemade Pczki!

Wow, my beautiful Polish wife did it again. She missed it for this past Thursday, but baked up a bunch today. Black Raspberry and Lemon. Kind of like really rich jelly filled doughnuts with some booze in the dough. We grilled some steaks for dinner, steamed some brussels srouts and I just nailed about three pączki with some fresh coffee. I am biased, but if you guys are not married- I serously encourage you to marry a Polish girl. Beautiful, smart and great cooks! She has given me 4 beautiful kids and I couldn't ask for anything more.

I think you might have got lucky there my boy, although I'm a bit concerned about the brussel sprouts, I don't think they're fit for human consumption.

The steaks and other stuff sound pretty damned good though.

PS - by the way, I think my kid is a closet Aussie. He hates Brussel's Spouts too.
