i actually have that small folding stove in one of my kits. its part of an emergency bag in my car and works quite nicely.


i've also built that stove using the altoids tin but found that it doesnt last as long as a conventional pop can stove.


great vid though, its a nice improvised stove when you really need one.

I am making a small stove right now that uses alcohol.

Have you seen the soda can alcohol stoves - simpler than his - work just as well - if not better.
