Just a headzup. There's a small stack of these awesome kitchen knives in the showcase at New Graham. Seen 'em the other day and figured I'd pass the news. They're discontinued so get them while they last. These knives come so sharp it's almost impossible to believe. I cut myself the first time I used mine and didn't know it until I seen the huge "splots" of blood on the kitchen floor. Baddest kitchen knife I've ever seen. When you do manage to dull the thing it comes off the Sharpmaker's white stones ready to eat meat again. Bad to the bone. Get some.

i just bought the santuko...almost the same length and alot cheaper, nicer handle too imo
