Ay praises suggestions or criticisms? As this is my 2nd holster and looking to improve

and the question were can I buy this plastic/rubber washer piece alone everywhere else it comes in the package deal with a screw and nut

You might try an automotive parts store, or some hardware stores have the huge Hillman display in drawers that, in addition, to nuts, bolts, etc. have odd pieces like washers made from various mediums.

Kifekits has a bunch of different thicknesses so you should be able to find exactly what you need. As far as the holster goes it looks good, I really like your rounded edges. Where the clip attaches to the holster in the center how do you keep the screws from scratching the gun?

When I molded the holster I off set the middle with a piece of wood about --- yay thick.
Then just screwed it on

I've made about 50 holsters over the past few years, which isn't much for a company, but I do everything by hand for myself and friends.

Some valuable tips/information:
Block the ejection port so it doesn't get molded in.
If you want adjustable retention, block out near the trigger guard for spacers later.
Take your time. If it didn't come out how you wanted, heat it up and press it again.

This was my latest holster for a local LEO friend. He wanted to start carrying his P320 off duty.
