Any must see cutlery shops in Hong Kong you folks can recommend?

Ideally, if they carry factory as well as custom would be great.

But my primary goal is to purchase a Wustoff Santoku as a gift for my mother-in-law. So if they don't carry custom knives, it's okay.

You might want to look in the Australia/Asia forum and ask in there. Quite a few guys from the Asia region can probably give you the right info.
 
Thanks, I'll give that a shot. I went to Seiyu today and they had Henckle reps there demo'ing knives...no Wustoff. I personally use Henckle in the kitchen at home, but heard that Wustoff's santoku is better than Henckle's.
