Hooking up my VFD to a new motor

Maybe one of you who is smarter than me can figure this out. I am trying to hook my KBAC 27 up to a Rong-Fu benchtop mill. The mill was previously wired for 220V 3 phase power with a reverse switch. The motor only has 6 leads and they're labeled 1-6 but aren't color coded. I know enough to know that I should connect the VFD directly to the motor without any switches in between. I know how to connect a 9 lead motor to a VFD but this one has me stumped. Any ideas on how to go about it?

It basically seems straight forward to me. No hard feelings but maybe you should call a electrician. Your 6 numbered leads and motor diagram specifically show how to hook up for two different speeds. (1720/860) What I don't understand is why you say you need to wire VSD directly to motor. Why bypass the reverse switch? I don't do milling but the company put a reverse switch on it for a reason I would think. Make sure your VSD is set up for 220v 3 phase output and wire up to reverse switch. If it's opposite rotation than you expect switch any two leads going from VSD to reverse switch.

Yeah maybe I'm overthinking it, obviously electrical stuff is not my forte. So if I'm reading the diagram correctly for the 4 pole wiring I connect the 1,2, and 3 leads, but I still don't know which of the remaining wires connect to the U, V, and W on the VFD or does it even matter? The reason I'm getting rid of the reverse is I've heard VFDs don't like anything in between them and the motor. Thank you for your response!

4-5-6 are the U V W from the VFD. Just hook them in that order. If it rus backwards, just switch any two wires - U and V for instance.
1-2-3 are tied together.
