Lucky me, got myself a little birthday present and received it today in the mail. Perfect timing, now I have something new to cut the cake with today ;)

Top: Böker plus Exskelimoor 1
Middle: Whisky poached pears double chocolate cake
Bottom: Spyderco Caly 3.5

Damn that Caly is foul, it already bit me badly last night. Took about an hour before it stopped bleeding (yup used pressure on the cut). Then used some superglue to close it.
But it's a beauty. Was wondering if its easy to remove the scales and replace with some custom wooden ones. Any ideas since it is pinned?
