Just got an envelope in the mail yesterday...
I asked for a new pivot screw, and ended up getting a whole new pivot.
When you get more than you requested and it ends up being free, that makes for a happy day.

I was just at the factory this last Monday and asked if I could have a few Para 2 pocket clip screws. They gave to me for free and threw in a small Spyderco Junior pin for free, as well! I had a fantastic chat with some of the employees - their customer service is fantastic.

That's awesome. Benchmade and SOG have treated me very well. I wish Spyderco would send out free clips like BKC but I expect that if I ever have a real problem that they'll take care of me.
