Hats off to Kershaw Customer Service! I sent a Junkyard Dog in for repair/replacement due to a failing frame lock. The package was received into customer on 3/12. I received a replacement knife today...3/19.

I don't think that can be beat for fast turnaround! Thanks, Kershaw Customer Service!

Glad to hear that vsanks! Well, I just drive to the actually plant in Tualitin... so my turnaround is 5 min!
