Actually don't.

Please stay within the guidelines of this forum. Make certain that you do not break our #1 rule of no personal attacks. And please take a few moments and think about what you are about to say before you say it. This will greatly reduce the apologies we keep seeing.

Politeness is simply a defensive wall, over which arrows are slung. All boxing matches begin with a handshake.

I find the fact that you are offended very offensive!

I suffer from Offensensitivity (I am offended that someone else is offended by my being offended that they are offended

). Is that covered under ADA regulations? Who can I sue?

The thought of this whole thread offends me.

(I think we've offensively beat this offensive dead horse long enough.)

The way I figure it, if Spark can wear a pink tutu with a cream shirt, then there's nothing left to be offended about.... except perhaps for Miller beer.

If I offended anyone with this post, I apologize.

Sincerely,

It truly offends me how offended people get.

I'm not kidding, I am quite serious. There was a day when honesty was so supported that a lack thereof was cause for, well, offense. Now, in todays PC climate, honesty-schmonesty all people want is PC this and PC that.

Even on this forum, you can be honest, avoid personal attacks and profanity, etc, etc and still run afoul. I like it here; I am a guest so I deal with it, but people really need to lighten up. I.e. people were "offended" when I told them the fish at our party was so fresh that it was flopping around in my fishbox that morning. That was only my way of saying that I appreciated the fellowship of my guests and wanted only the best for them. I had a freezer full of fish that was flopping around in the fishbox weeks ago that I would have happily given them.

Mat 26:33 Peter answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because of thee, yet will I never be offended.

Well we all know how that ended up? But he did redeem himself, just goes to show you that we have that within us to be offended but we don't have to display it, publicly on a forum such as this and then later on be presented up in error.

So the right way, maybe, is to think before speaking/typing and avoid those nasty kinds of posts.

As someone once said,`The Pen/(word) is mightier than the Sword' it is a devasting device, the written word. Take and use it carefully so as not to bring yourself or others down. Think
