hope to make a few sheaths soon here is some of my leather work

I wasn't sure where to post this so I thought this may be the appropriate place. I am hoping to get into making a few sheaths soon but have only played with leather in the past and never made any sheaths. if you guys have any pointers or tips please feel free to share. I am going to need all the help I can get.

here is my first cuff. This is the reason I got into leather. I wanted one of these but couldn't find any I really felt fit my style.

then I took it out in the driveway and through it down, face down and started jumping on it. Then I added the antiquing.

this is a leather cuff I made for my son that is 2.5 this is the first time I have laced anything and I think it came out pretty good.

there are a few pictures of it next to daddy's for comparison.

And here is one I was doing for my wife but I was trying something new and jacked it up beyond repair. O well stuff happens.

Whats funny is that is already on my list, I am a huge apocalyptic fiction fan, along with zombie fiction so there are a few things in the early planning stages already. But I plan on them being 100% functional at the same time.
