hope you guys have a sense of humor:)

Excellent! Leave it to Mike to go the extra mile.

P.S. Mike, be careful you're only a sneeze away from scalping yourself!

For the record, the Busse Combat Battle Mistress makes a fine head shaving tool. Barbers all over the world are using them to get that "Mr. Clean" look on their customers. But, the shaving possibilites don't stop there... oh... no... Just take a look at our official shop cat "Fluffy". He swears by the Battle Mistress!

MTF3,
How about following the above thread and verbally knocking some sense into your boy garyz. He's giving your entire state a bad name.

Russ,
You're right, he kinda had me there. It's pretty much impossible to try and defend the idiotic morons that today's Kalifornian chooses to elect to public office.

We do that, it keeps furiegners out...

Each to his own. I've cut lots of paper, wood, etc...with my Busse knives without dulling the edge much less rolling it. Knives can be a very opinionated subject, so we will leave it at that.

You mean there is a bag limit on deer in Mississippi? Wow, what will they think of next, hunting them during the daytime?

MTF3,
Ahh, so that's why the Cabelas catalog has those million candlepower spotlights that mount to the top of your riflescope. I'd always wondered about that.

You are, of course, right about the other matter as well. And normally I don't begrudge anyone the right to like or dislike a particular brand of knife, I guess I just found garyz's comments particularly ludicrous, unfounded and disrespectful in this case.

Bronco, sorry you found my comments ludicrous, unfounded, and disrespectful. But I call it the way I see it. Maybe I had a fluke knife I dunno, but my comments were based on my experience. I have had some high dollar customs that were not up to snuff either. I have many knives and I like to compare them. I have seen some heavy use knives that were not, and I have seen some clunker knives that were good. Maybe one day I will buy another Busse and my opinion will change. BTW Jerry is a class act because he called to see what kind of problem I had with the BM. It is good that he cares about his customers and I appreciate that, most companies just want the bucks and don't care once they get them. Th-th-th-thats all, folks. Garyz

garyz,
Kudos to you for coming here to speak your piece. The Busse crowd appreciates straight talkers so try to understand that I wasn't taking offense to the substance of what you said, simply the manner in which you said it.

I'm sorry that your first experience wasn't a positive one, but I would urge you to give a Busse another try, because for the other 999 out of a thousand that roll off the line, the performance is truly something to behold.
Give Andy Prisco a call. He has some loaners that he'll send out so that you can do another evaluation.
