We just got hit by that storm you all had move through. Powers out and trees down here and there. Still have lightening but the 65 mph hit us. It was a trip to go from calm to that. Out surveying and trying to find a food joint that has power haha

We had wind speeds up to 83 mph in Central Ohio. The trees looked like they were laying down. Thousands w/o power. I'm lucky.

80 mph straight-line winds around Dayton. As stated, Trees down, 1000's without power. Shut down the WPAFB's Tattoo event(big annual event), destroyed the big screen they'd set up.

Yeah, power out here too. Sadly a house is engulfed in flames a couple miles down the road. Going to have to work in the morning to help clean up for a kids birthday party then head home to fix some barn roofs and general clean up at the farm.

We got hit with it. Lots of branches down and some trees. We're on generator power at the moment. I think most of our county is out. Talked to a buddy that works for the power company. He said it might be a while before power is restored.

We could see it rollin' through but we were all clear. Hope everyone who was affected by the storm is doing well!

Also hit out here ... DC and Baltimore. Winds up to 79 mph. Purple sky with constant lightning flashes.

About 1.2 million without power in VA, DC, and MD. Power will remain out for most for several days.

Exciting.

Crazy. About the same amount of people without power in Ohio and West Virginia. Still no power and wishing I had a generator. Hoping the house stays cool for my buddies 88 yr old grandpa. Gas stations have lines going down the street. Home depot has power but no food or grocery stores open with power. We have water and a gas stove but not sure how long the power will be out for. A power guy on standby said it could be a week. They don't even know where the problem is. I was standing outside when the storm hit. It went from calm to 65mph winds instantly. Never seen anything like it. Charging the phone in the truck and cell towers are probably on back up. Tons of fun :(

Hang in there, but be ready to move to someplace with power, if you have to.

Looks like we're now up to 1.3M without power. Really hoping storms skip us today/tonight.

84 degrees in the house and the old guy is comfortable haha. Glad he's a native West Virginian. He'll keep it 87 inside in the winter. It's hotter than the NMFSH. Infocus, bring a generator :p
