Its for either a Leatherman wave, a Juice or a folder the size of a Benchmade Sentinel

I want to get my dad a Wave for X-mas and just hate the Leatherman cases.

Yup Normark (here on BFC) who owns On/Scene Tactical does great sheath work.
And it seems that he has the wave and the BM Sentinel, so he won't have to have your equipment to mold the sheath for.

I have one of his horizontal kydex sheathes for a leatherman Wave. Fits like a glove, hard to tell you even have it on. First rate sheath, first rate guy to deal with. He should have something like this in stock.

I customized my Leatherman Wave nylon sheath taking it to my local shoe repair shop (when I tried sewing it at home, I broke the needle, just like my wife said I would) and had them put on a pair of loops for horizontal carry. He did it pretty cheap too, if I remember.
