Horizontal Play on 31?

Hey everyone, just wanted ask around and see if you guys have noticed some horizontal play on the Large Sebenza 31. The blade play that I noticed was right after the knife was shipped back to me from a tune up at CRK. Do you think that the pivot bushing is a tiny bit too large which causes the knife to have play even when tightened down all the way?

Well the knife just got back from CRK, so if a washer was pinched they would’ve fixed it. That’s the reason I sent it to them, after I took it apart I thought that I messed up and that was why there was play, it could just be a problem with the 31’s
 
Isn't that one of the features of the 31? Or am I thinking about something else? I know there was a complaint about something which was explained as a "feature".

If you received your knife back and it still has side-to-side play, give CRK a call and let them know.

I have a 21 that made a roundtrip to Boise because something didn’t quite get resolved the first time.

They were very apologetic and provided a shipping label for the second visit.

ETA: Some will say that a tiny amount of side-to-side play is acceptable when the lockbar is held open. I’m not sure if that’s what you’re referring to.

No horizontal play on mine and shouldn’t happen. Give’m a call and they’ll help out
