Got the Sarge in -- enough to fill all orders only so no extras for sale today.

Neat little rig, all made by Bura. Village sarki did an outstanding job on the scabbards using top quality dark brown leather.

Alll handles are made from antler I sent over and each is different so the knives turn out to be one of a kind. Kismet gets the double pronged handle.

Going to post a couple of exotic wood handles soon so stay tuned.

The top one is exactly as I envisioned them to be.

Thank you, Sir, very much.

Email sent. I prefer the regular handle. The forked handle can go to someone who will cherish that format.

Did I say "thank you?"

Thank you.

:) They turned out very nice

What's the little circle thing around the kami mark?

Maybe they copied the mark that was on the original?

Those are really nice. I love the little khukuri sheath that goes with them. Really wild.

Yes - cute lil' dangler....like a younger bro to the AK Bowie...

No extras.

Yangdu may have these in the mail so, Bill, you may have to made a trade after the fact if you don't want the two prong.

:(
I had my "I'll take that Sarge with the ____ handle" email all ready to go :D On the good side, I guess I can go to lunch after all.

Anyone who got a Sarge knife want the double-tined one?

email me, please.

Thank you, very much.

I was going to say that Kis should be well pleased with the way these turned out, makes me mighty happy it does!!!!
That is absolutely beautiful and looks to be an as exact copy of the original as anyone could ask for!!!!:D
I wish I had the money for one, maybe later down the road, fixed things up lately that should free up a little fun money once in a while and finished doing it up today.:) Next month should see some relief, finally.:D

The Sarge still reminds me highly of the famous Marble's Woodcraft which I have two of.
I love that design and have since I first saw it as a wee little lad, the Sarge oughta be one helluva work knife!!!!:D

OUTSTANDING!!

Just in time for October bow season too!

I like the top one too. The handle is more traditional and has the right drop to it from the blade. Can't wait!

I'll be at the post office every day looking for that box!. :D

At worst, the 2 prong can easily be made to the regular...imagine if you had a regular and wanted a 2 prong...

Exactly right, Nasty.

I'll wait a bit, but that is what I was thinking. If no one wants to trade, I can modify it relatively easily. The chape goes too. :)

It even looks like the kamis thought about it; there seem to be two marks at about 'handle length.'

Yet, someone may want this as a display of H.I. craftsmanship. No hurry.

I wonder if I will get the original Sarge practical hunter back? I'll never do something that right again. They may want to keep it as template if they keep the blade shape in the inventory. Dunno.

Brown leather ! Yes!

I'm tickled to death. Really neat rendition. As Yvsa said, there are Marbles' genes in its heritage, as well as Grohman, and my own need to have a dis-jointing blade for deer in Wisconsin.

Yup...whack it off, lose the chape, use the horn bits to rebuild a couple of small K&C for it...lots of fun stuff to do. A short series I wish I had got in on...but already was deep with the YCS order.
