Horn handles

I was wondering horns are hollow so how do you make a horn handle. It is obvious how wood one are made thanks Mike
 
Exactamundo. I've seen photos around here someplace of a pile of horn and they definitely were not hollow.

Must be quite a chore to make them into a handle. Course it's a big job to make traditional handles out of wood too.

Nothing but respect to them kamis.
