Hi Black. Its not published. Contact me and we can talk about which model you have from which manufacturer and what you want done, IE, lock side only, both sides, both sides and spacer, lock side spacer and low rider or how you want it set up and then we can get you a quote out once I have all the things listed that you hope for.
My contact info is in either the "Low Rider Clip and mailing instructions" thread, or the "Read this if you need to mail me work" thread, both of which are sticky posts top the page here on page one in my forum. Find the work order form, email address and all other info. anyone needs to reach me there. I need a work order anyway for every job I do so you'll eventually have to visit one of those threads here anyways to fill out and print that form.
