After a few years of drolling I FINALLY scored this beauty
A CPM3V hunter with a 3.5" blade, California Buckeye handle and stainless fittings. Very light and cuts like crazy. Very good fit and finish too.
The handle is different from what I imagined based on pics, very thin near the bolster. Definitely comfortable in hand.

I recall a recent thread where Jerry had alluded that he has never had great luck in the hunter market and that his forte, at least from a sales perspective, has been tactical folders. For the life of me, I don't know what the heck people are thinking about when they look at Jerry's hunters and they don't buy one. Me? I think they look tremendous. And let's face it--Jerry is NOT going to sacrifice function for looks, so I am sure they perform even better than they look. When I see the right piece at the right price, I will definitely be getting one of his hunters. :thumbup:
