Hot Air Gun Kydex

How would one make a Kydex Sheath using only a Hot Air Gun? I only have one time to get it right. Or else I would have to try it again. How to stabilize correctly, how to make it nice and tight? I am doing it to a Wakizashi as an alternate sheath, and a Ginunting Sword. Plis Help Ma Bois.
 
Get someone else to hold the heat gun, wear some kind gloves, set up your press and tape up your blade first. Then sit and watch a bunch of kydex related youtube, a long blade is gunna be awkward to press, and you might even need two heatguns.
 
I only use a heat gun but that's a long piece to heat with just a heat gun. You will need some way to trap the heat like a piece of 5 inch round ductwork pipe.
