The LeGriffe is either a hot item, produced in small batches or both. It seems that every couple of months or so, they become difficult to find. The few places that I order from always seem to run out at the same time. I guess that says a lot about this model. I agree that everyone should have one, and it's good to see that maybe they do.

ernies shop is still relatively small, and they can only produce a limited amount of knives. and with so many models available, there is just a finite number available at any given time.
