Hello!

I took a break from slipjoints to put a final polish on these two. Just need to whip up some sheaths!

First up is a damascus dagger. It started as a letter opener but it seems to be more of a dagger to me! This one is heavily etched and has really nice layers and depth!

Damascus is alabama damascus 5160/52100/15N20

Handle is stabilized gold dyed burl and it also has mosaic pins.

OAL is about 10-12"

Next up is a damascus EDC model of mine. Its the first in a batch of 6 that I already have heat treated and the others are just awaiting handles.

Handles on this one are Ivory paper micarta with a mosaic pin and SS thong tube. Damascus has a light etch and the typical light polish I put on it.

I hope to have these 100% wrapped up in the next 2 weeks!

Thanks for looking!

That dagger is smoking! Love the dramatic shape and handle color with the really shimmery damascus.

Here is a much nicer picture of the dagger...Its still technically a letter opener since I blunted the brutal tip a bit and have left the edges a bit thick. Lots of issues with selling sharpened double edged daggers so I'll leave that up to whoever buys the piece.
