Here she is..






I tried to upload a few others but they failed to upload. I will try again later. Used the knife to removes the brisket part from the ribs to end up with a St Louis style rack. Also used it to cut up some onions I use in the baste and batoned some mesquite logs that I used for the smoking process. It still shaved the hairs on my arm. Awesome Knife Rat Cutlery! These ribs just came out and I wish you all were here. Until Later..

Great looking rack you've got there. I'd love to get myself one of those orange RATs - Great looking knife.

You're making me hungry. I think I'll have to go pick up some ribs today and cook them up tomorrow. It's been a couple weeks since I've put anything on the grill.

The RAT lends itself well to food prep - I've used it quite a bit to prepare food. Thanks for the pics.
