We had people wanting to buy it within a month and we are still looking for a place to live. We might have found a place down near Corpus Christi (well just outside of it) and its on the Nueces river. Still haven't been able to setup shop yet and now we have to start packing up things. Good news is my outboard is running and working properly but need a minor tune-up on it. Still waiting on the title and registration for it. Found a free boat trailer and its coming from Oklahoma and they will bring it down to Houston and I just have to go pick it up from there. I got 2 deer in the freezer. Found what school I want to attend to become a welder. Its Delmar in Corpus Christi, Texas. Now all I need to do is get the funding and make sure I have what I need for school. Also need to find a part time job to work while I goto school. Good news is I might have to only travel 15-20 miles to get to school which ain't bad. Our house was listed at 97,900 and sold for 102000. Bad news is we found out my Uncle is back in jail for yet another DWI and wont get out until March or so. He made his bed and hes going to sleep in it. We already bonded him out once.

Outstanding Jacob!!!!
Hope you find the home you want and it has all the space you need!!!
Sorry to hear about your Uncle but I agree with you! After bailing my brother out once I wouldn't go back to the stink hole again either!
Merry Christmas and God Bless!

Thanks for the kind words guys. I do hope we get this place. Plenty of space for everything. I could even setup trot lines for catfish when I don't have time to go bowfishing just to get food into the freezer and on the plate since its right on the river. It will take some work to get the house I will be living in going. The whole house is gutted of dry wall and also has a few studs that need to be replaced and it needs some plumbing work done. Then I could start on the shop and get it going. I plan to get all the duct work installed for the dust collectors and blowers before I work on the drywall in there. Also need to get the wiring for all the speakers throughout the house. Gonna run it all off my computer and radio. Should be a bad a$$ house when I'm done with it. Then I will start on the outdoor BBQ grill/smoker. Good thing I know about fire bricks and stuff. :D:thumbup:

Good job Jacob. Your work, I'm sure, was a big factor in selling this quick!

I've got family around Corpus Christy. Nice spot! Catch some crabs.

George, George, George.........Merry Christmass you old bastard.......and tell my sweetie I still like her mirrors:D
