Houston TX - Looking for good Cutlery shops

Hello all. I am new to Bladeforums. Quite the noob when it comes to knives. But I have been doing my research and very excited to enter the world of knives. I would like to know if there are good shops in the Houston TX area that offer a good knife selection. I just moved here, so I am new to the area. Before I buy something , I would like to hold it in my hands and flip one open. ...Right now i am just trying to look for a EDC knife.

Next weekend in Tulsa OK the "worlds largest" gun and knife show is going on. I think that its at least a few hours from houston though
