How’s the Burchtree v4? For a potential trade.

Im having an unexpected proposal for a trade with my Cruwear Lil Mofo, for which, i like it a lot. The knife, in question, is a Burchtree v4 which i believe is CPM 154 and i do really like the style and design of it, as well. I don’t see any reviews anywhere about it. So, how does it feel and perform? How is the F&F and the action on it, is it bearings or PB? I feel like mine is slightly more rare, so is this even a good trade? Sorry for the lots of questions.

I would get the Burch but that’s just me. It looks like it would be easier to carry.
 
I voted for Burchtree v4. I'd like to note, my vote has no knowledge regarding the rarity, just which I'd prefer. I think the Burch looks better both stylistically and ergonomically. Note, I haven't held either, but the Burch calls to my hand...
 
I'm biased. I named my first three children Lil Mofo. (That's a lie. I call all of my children Lil Mofo. The dog I call Cruwear.) That said, the Birchtree is looking a whole lot good. :D
 
I own and love my v4. That said, I'm not sure if it's an even swap. I paid significantly less than 5 bills for mine less than a year ago. I know the Mofo goes for well above 5 bills (at least new). You'll need to work that out.

Also, check if the v4 has the CoA and the v4 printed pouch. The pouch is extra cool imo.
 
Not trying to be mean about the burchtree, but it looks like every other overbuilt folder out there on Instagram. At least yours has different handles, better steel and thumbstuds.

No no, it’s actually good criticism, im really on the fence about the trade right now. Every bit that may make reconsider is good

Ya know... Revisiting this thread... I'd say keep yours actually... Looking at it again... I feel like my hand would feel better in yours doing choked up work. Close work.

I think yours may be more versatile. Also, I think I like the blade shape more for some reason. Also, the jibbing.
