Ok, I come from Denmark, and knifelaws here are a real pain!:grumpy:
Folders with a thumb stud or a hole in the blade, for one-hand-opening are illegal. As in "not allowed to own".
Other countries have restrictions on one-hand-opening knives as well, though not as strict as here in Denmark.
In the UK and Germany one-hand-opening knives are not illegal to own, but there are regulations on where and how to carry them.
SO Gianni: How about making a DK legal Lionsteel folder?
I am not talking EDC legal, since EDC Legal knives in Denmark are utterly uninterresting!
I am talking about an SR-1 or SR-2 with a nailnick and a tighter pivot screw.
That would be a dream knife for me!
AND you are not just making a knife for Denmark! Big markets like the UK and Germany would have a serious amount of potential customers!
I sincerely urge you to consider making such a knife, and would personally do my best to educate fellow knifelovers here in Denmark, to go for such a blade!
So, what do say?
Ready to spread some "non-fixed blade" Lionsteel joy to Denmark?
