I have been thinking what a great knife the ZT 0200 would be with a titanium framelock like the ZT 301 and ZT 302! I would leave it as a manual action knife, but give it a 3D machined Titaium framelock on the lock side.

What do ya' think?

I agree, if it had a nice thick SS slab (I don't think weight is so much of a concern on this knife) instead of the liner I would be much more inclined to buy one.

I would say to put the titanium on BOTH sides. I have yet to accept the knife that has titanium on one side and G-10 on the other..................just another anal thing with me!:D

I guess I'm an odd one, as I like the scales and liner-lock on the ZT 0200 just the way it is. I REALLY like the G-10 scales it has now...both sides.

I've actually been thinking of taking the G10 scales & clip off of one of my full sized ZT 0200 knives, and making a neck knife using just the liners.

Nice and thin that way,.....but i'll probably have to fit some spacers for the pivit bolt, or fit a new one. The offset screws might have to be shortened also without the scales.

......would i then have a framelock? :D

Yes, it would be a frame-lock, but dang, that would be a nekkid ZT 0200 without the G-10 scales....

"Nekkid" for sure,......but for a hidden neck knife i want slim & trim,........and the only way i know to slim er down is ditch the scales on my "last ditch effort knife."

I know it will be slippery when wet,........but i suspect if i ever need to pull it out it'll be dry enough to get at least one good "stick" in,..........and after that i'll take my chances with slippery! :D

You could always use a little skate board tape for a little extra grip. ;)
