I love my Harstsook. I know I posted here before about it, and how it's opened up my old eyes to the unfolding pocket knife idea. it's opened up my mail, cut twine for the tomato plants, sharpened pencils, cut open those d--m plastic blister packs, and slice a quick snack off left overs in the fridge. In short, everything I've ever done with a regular small pocket knife.

But...

One tiny little thing, if Joe or anyone from Buck see's this.

I'd love to see a very, VERY, little bit bigger version of it available. Mostly a little thcker handle to hang onto, with some very thin plastic or micrarta scales on the handle.

Sometimes, just once in a while, like maybe 2% of the time, it's a little too small for good gripping.

Just a thought.

I'd liked that too jk...Sometimes some braided paracord on the bottom gives enough extra purchase to get the job done

Have you guys compared the hartsook to the Kaala? Just curious...

Yes, and the kaala is a bit too big for the role. Its a Goldylocks situation; the Hartsook is just a wee tad to tiny, but the kaala is too big. Ahhh... I know, I being difficult. The Hartsook only needs a bit more handle to hang onto. Just a wee bit.
