How about a Legal Knife Matters Forum to discuss legal issues regarding knives?

My suggestion is, how about starting a Legal Knife Matters Forum/Sub Group/Area...whatever you want to call it, so members can discuss the legal issues regarding knife matters like knife manufacturing, knife buying, knife selling, knife possessing. Maybe a two group area, one for the Civil area like manufacturing, buying, selling, trademark, patents etc and the other area could be about the criminal area like possession of an illegal knife etc

Thankyou for pointing that out. The problem is it is found in the Knife Specific Discussion area and it is not about a Knife Specific Discussion. It is a Knife Law/Legal question. It would be helpful if it was placed in the correct area.

And what area would that be? No doubt the insight you have gained in your 3 weeks here would prove invaluable.

If I see much more of this from you, I will have to decide whether to ban you, or to move everything you post to Whine & Cheese.

Bladeforums is a knife hobbyist website, not a legal affairs forum. When you say it is a knife law question and therefore does not belong in Knife Laws, I personally feel you are trolling, and I'm tired of it.

Find another topic to obsess about, and do so on someone else's time, not ours.

1. I am NOT trolling and all my posts will prove that.

2. My comment is a suggestion. This website has a category for suggestions. I posted my suggestion in the correct area. You may not like my suggestion, but threatening to ban me is cyber harassment/stalking.

3. I clearly stated that the "Knife Law" section is located in the "Knife Specific Discussion". That is a fact, not an opinion. My opinion was that the "Knife Specific Discussion" is an area to discuss specific knives, not legal issues regarding knives. That "Knife Law" would be better off in a section dedicated to Knife Law, not "Knife Specific Discussion".

4. I'm not sure why you would want to threaten to ban me or move the thread. If it's a power struggle, you can clearly win this and there is nothing I can do about it. Maybe you could point this out to the website owner and let him make the decision on where he wants the "Knife Law" section to be located instead of cyber harassment/stalking me.

Bullying defined: Bullying is the use of force, threat, or coercion to abuse, intimidate, or aggressively dominate others. The behavior is often repeated and habitual. One essential prerequisite is the perception, by the bully or by others, of an imbalance of social or physical power. Behaviors used to assert such domination can include verbal harassment or threat, physical assault or coercion, and such acts may be directed repeatedly towards particular targets. Justifications and rationalizations for such behavior sometimes include differences of social class, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, appearance, behavior, body language, personality, reputation, lineage, strength, size or ability.[1][2] If bullying is done by a group, it is called mobbing.[3] "Targets" of bullying are also sometimes referred to as "victims" of bullying.

As a seeming fan of definitions, you should really look up what cyber bullying is.
This isn't it.

Cyber bullying is an actual problem in real life, and to make unfounded accusations of it is rather lame, and completely uncool.

According to U.S. Legal Definitions, Cyber-bullying could be limited to posting rumors or gossips about a person in the internet bringing about hatred in other’s minds; or it may go to the extent of personally identifying victims and publishing materials severely defaming and humiliating them.

If laws made specifically about knives are not specific to knives then i don't know what is:confused:

Precisely. It s the mods doing what they are supposed to do. Just as you don't understand that there is no expectation of complete freedom of speech in a privately owned forum, you don't understand that the mods real job is to toss disruptive jerks that ruin everybody else's experience. You are a guest at a party at Sparks house.

The Knife Laws forum is fine where it is. As to the "cyber bullying," sing that song again and I'll ban you myself on general principle.
