Just wondered how Schatt & Morgan are these days? And who makes them?

Is the quality good?

I saw some SFOs for sale from 2017 and wondered if they were a quality knife?

As far as I know queen was making them for most of the last century and continued to make them till they closed their doors early last year.

if you are after some nice ones, aim for the ones made during the reign of Bill Howard. because he took his expertise with him and started GEC when he could.

Bill left Queen to start GEC in late 2006. Queen/S&M quality remained good for several years after that, but anything after about 2010 should be handled before being bought.
