How are the Kamis ?

I didn't hear either. Watching.

I want to sincerely thank all of you who supported my posting of knives the proceeds of which are to be used for medical expenses for the Shop and for those of you who may not have been able to make a purchase but included us in your prayers. As you all know, prayer is one of the most powerful forces available to us. Thank you also for inquiring as to the status of the Shop's health at this time. This is the monsoon season in Nepal and there are lots of illnesses attributed to this but with your aid and support we are able to keep absentee reports at a minimum and at this time are doing okay. Those who were ill at the time of my original posting have returned to work and hopefully with your prayers all will stay well.

Very happy to hear this news, Yangdu. Best wishes and prayers for continued good health of the Kamis and their families.

Yangdu,

Glad to hear that the people at H.I. are getting better. I consider it a priveledge to purchase their hand made knives. Doing business with you and the Kami's is a pleasure.

Rain has always been seen as a life giver to me . It must be tough to live in a place where it can sometimes bring disease and illness . I am sure with prayer and well wishes they will be fine .

I'm glad that these guys are getting taken care of. I gather that independent kamis are in a tight spot when they get sick.
