How best to sharpen INFI?

In my opinion, a steel is best for straightening out any dings in the edge, then whatever sharpening system or techniques you use on any other knife.

I haven't had much luck with using any type of clamp systems on Busse knives though; they are just too thick.

My current system is the Work Sharp. It is essentially a handheld, portable belt sander. Have used it on everything from a Game Warden up to a Battle Mistress.

If the strop doesn't get them where I want, one or two light passes on the ceramic rod usually brings them back to shaving.
If they are too far gone for that then its off to the 1x30 belts to raise a burr then strop to a razor.

These is nothing magical nor difficult about sharpening INFI. If you have a set of stones and know how to use them, then you are all set.

Leather? Compound? Thanks

Yea, thats the stuff. I bought a leather belt blank for about $12 ( you can make 4 strops easily) and some green stropping compound. $5 and a scrap piece of 2x4 and I was good to go. If you use other stropping compunds you can actually cut steel to sharpen "harder" to sharpen steels like SR101 and the like. Then polish them up on the green compound. The equipment works but pressure and angle is the name of the game. Do a search and they have an illustration showing how. INFI is the easiest for me to work with though.

Best way I have found is with a belt sander and finishing with a leather belt on it.

Convex is the strongest, and guys, there is nothing this kind of edge won't cut. I have tried just about all of it.

That FBMLE has chopped a ton and that edge is VERY tested.
