How big is Active Duty?

Hi in one place I read it is 2.5" in another 3.5". Can you tell me how long, wide and thick it is?

I'd like to know also (but will keep trying to search also.)

I just got a sage and green warden from BCS and was shocked to find the handle to be shorter than I care for. I knew the wardens weren't the mother's of all knives since they are EDC models but I still thought the grip would be a little longer than it is.

I've got two AD's in my basket but I may not keep them if the handle isn't any longer than a warden's.

Help!

Wide? you mean spine to edge? 1.05 near the chole.

What knives do you have. If I have one that you have I'll post a photo of an AD next to that knive. Like a Sebenza (lg or small), Spyderco Delica, Manix, Kopa, Benchmade 710 etc,

Here ya go... A SE Leaner Meaner Street, top left, SE Active Duty, bottom left & Two SE Game Wardens on the right.

The AD looks to be 3.5 inches from the top of handle to the tip, with an average edge length approximately... 3.25 inches... Best I can guess tonight!

Miliganza Ative Duty was a little thicker than standard. My older/original AD was about .150.

Miliganza AD specs.

Thickness - .195"
Blade length - 3.5" from tip to handle.
Cutting edge -3"
Width - edge to top of spine - 1"

If you are going to compare the AD and the GW it would be nice to mention that up until the very end of the handle and the very tip of the blade they share the sme silhouette. There may be slight variations in the way the handles are shaped, and the choil is larger on the AD, but they are basically two different sizes of the same knife.

nozh2002, you asked TonyG if he has Game Warden, that's like asking Micheal Jordan if he gambles, Paris Hilton if she puts out, Dale Jr if he can drive a stick, Sully Erna if he plays an instrument, or well you should get the idea. Tony G is known to have on of the most extensive Game Warden collections of any non stealth HOG, outside of Idaho.
