Hi, ever wanted to know how big a Spydie is compared to another?
Then, check here!

I cropped and rotated (to be horizontal) all my spydie pics, "sigh, 4 hours of work", saved the pixel width, calculated the proportional size and generated the HTML.

Let me know what you think of it!

What a huge amount of work, and some surprises.
I had forgotten all about the Blackhawk and the Renegade.
Thanks.

Excellent work. And now that I have a reference for the sizes of the knives compared to each other, I can go and buy all the knives that I was unsure of and not be disappointed when the knife arrives and is smaller or bigger than expected.

My bank account sadly went on life support upon hearing the news.

this is extremely useful.
never thought the remote release was so big..i'm used to the metric system, so with the inches i have problem to figure the real dimension, now with your page it's easy.

thanks

Ted,
Good Job there. Thanks. Just a little observation, I'm not sure all the dimensions are entirely accurate. I have a ti lum tanto and a lum chinese, and the ti lum tanto is way bigger than the chinese and native etc. I only noticed that one because I've handled them - I'm not sure about the rest.

YOu're the best.

Awesome project Ted!!! I appreciate the time and effort that you put into creating the pic. Way to go!!! ;) ;) :D

Thank you Ted, for your effort here. That is indeed a wonderful reference to have.

Gratefully, Jeff/1911.

I've updated it with some more models.

Still need to add a couple, but I need to find good pictures of these. With the blade in the open position.

Full-size Dyad
Probe 2002 & 2003
Mini-mariner
Spyderkeys
AG Russell Jess Horn

VampyreWolf's CD with 2500+ pics is in the mail so that will probably help

Which of the A.G. Russell Jess Horns do you need a picture for. I have a SE black Micarta Horn that I could take a picture of if necessary.

4 s ter,
I received pictures of the Horn's from several people. I need to organize that first to see which ones I'm missing.
Thanks,
Ted

4 s ter,
I've just uploaded an update. If you go the site and click on C27, C34 & C38 you can see which ones are currently there. This is all the info I have on these models, so if you (or anyone else) misses anything, please reply or send me an e-mail.

About the picture, I don't have a good one of the Black SE Micarta, so I would like one ( on a white background if possible) ;)

Thanks,
Ted
