BOB?

I am thinking of using my old army 100L Bergen as my BOB. It has capacity aplenty. If I dont need to use it all its better to have it and not need it than the other way round.

I was carrying mine in a laptop bag, lot of space in there.

Just moved it over last week to an aluminum toolbox briefcase thing I found in walmart for $20. Take out the dividers and top storage thing, lots of space.

The German rucksack pictured and a belt with a couple of pouches and canteen on it. I also have a 660ci E. German combat pack and a belt pouch, both in rain pattern, as a vehicle BOB. Just in case I'm seperated from the main BOB and house whenever TSHTF. I also put some gear in a shoulder bag for day hiking.

Urban BOB: 35L daypack (more tools, entry stuff and weapons).
Wilderness BOB (includes shelter, sleeping system, cookware, etc.): 65L Lowe Alpine pack.

Arcteryx Bora 30. I have a couple of expansion pouches if needed.

I use a Large Alice pack for my BOB. Plenty of room. I`m not sure how many litres it is though.
