How can I download these videos?

There are videos on some web sites I'd like to down load or capture onto my pc so I can compile a wood working dvd for myself and my friends that might want one. Problem is, I can't figure out how to download the videos. They're all just click and play like You Tube. Here's a link to one of the sites. Maybe someone here can help me.

Videos on sites like youtube are .flv files which require a player to play.

You can google youtube downloader or the like. Also, newer versions of realplayer allow you to download online flv files.
