I have a new-ish Boker Barlow with a slightly weak spring and with some lateral wobble.

I am wondering how I can try to fix it.

Blade is perfectly centered and there are zero gaps along the back. It looks perfect, just wobbles a little (and the shied is not centered, which I find inexcusable for a $150 knife, but that's another topic.)

It may be possible to fix the blade wobble, you can't do anything about the spring. In any event, my guess is that if you're asking the question here to begin with you have no idea how to fix it. I wouldn't make my first attempt on a $150 knife when there are a bazillion $2 knives out there you can learn on. Anything you do will void whatever warranty you have left. It'd be best to contact Boker and see what they can do for you.

Thanks. I used a vice to squeeze the bolsters together a little. Blade wobble solved but the pivot pin sucks out just a tad. Light peening and some Scotch Brite on that at least rounded them some though they still present little bumps.

I'm still displeased by the loose spring. I wish I could do something, anything, about it.
