How can I make a too tight fitting Kraton sheath looser?

I just got a EDC fixed blade with a T shaped scale design to accommodate Arthritis but now realize it takes more force to draw the blade than I expected Would heating the sheath with a blow dryer help make it a looser fit?
Any thoughts are appreciated

Hot air may help.
I Used to do it by wrapping Something round the handle before sheathing it. Or put A thin coin together with the knife In the sheath. And then wait for days/Weeks. Both methods are widening the sheath by force With time. It works BUT could make it far to loose. So: be carefull 😉

Are you talking about kydex rather than kraton? A picture would also help.
