How can I post JPG pics from my computer file?

I am newbie on Blade, and wanted to post pics from my JPG file. Even though I read instructions, can't do it. Funny to say, but in "Go Advanced" I could not find the line where u browse/select pics to be attached. Please help !

You must upload your photos to a hosting site. You can register with photobucket for free. You can't upload photos directly to the forums without a paid membership (one perk of being a supporting member).
