How can I put my name on the waiting list for a Lochsa?

I know that at the site, Scott Cook isn't accepting any new orders for the Locsha. And that the wait is long for those who are on the list.

Does anyone know how I can get on a waiting list anywhere or put my name so that I can order a Locsha when they do become available even if that means waiting 3 years? Thanks.
