How can I rehandle a BM259 Balisong

I need to rehandle an old fubar BM259 Utility. Is there a company that makes a balisong kit that I could use? I seem to recall some making kits w/ BearMGC blades, but can't remember where I saw them. I have some knife making equipment, but no drill press. Any help would be mush appreciated.
 
Benchmade doesnt cover that model under their warranty service? They should be able to rehandle it for you and use better materials this time
