How Can I tell if a Marbles fixed blade is made in the USA?

I'm looking at one with a burl wood handle and has a Marbles tang stamp but does not have a usa stamp. It has a brass guard and aluminum end cap. I've never seen a Chinese or Pakistan Marbles with burl wood.

Stainless or non-stainless blade?

The owner doesn't know. It's the ideal pattern. It only says Marbles on the blade near the brass finger guard. Not USA China-nothing. Would certainly appreciate your opinion
