I'm a long time Spyderco user but I apparently just overlooked the Dragonfly for the whole 20 years it has been in the catalog. I recently bought a Dragonfly 2 on a whim since I've been looking at smaller knives. Honestly, I'm so impressed with this little knife. I have relatively large hands but the handle design and the 50/50 choil make for a full 4-finger hold. The blade has a very useful 2" or so cutting edge and the whole package just feels right. I've removed the pocket clip since I like carrying the knife deep in my pocket. Being as my fingers are a little less mobile than they used to be combined with the short closed length, one-hand opening is kinda hard to do at times but this is not a deal breaker.
I guess I always considered the Dragonfly to be too small for a big-handed person. I'm sure glad I decided to give one a try. It is proving very useful in day-to-day use.
