How did my thread get locked ?!

I didn't lock it so does anyone know how or why this would happen ?

Good question! If you were able to unlock it without a Mod, maybe you accidently locked it?? I've done that myself usually late night when my glasses are off and eyes are tired.

That's a really good point and I would say that I could have fallen prey to such a scenario except that it was open the last time I looked at it and then when I came back it was locked.
Plus, before I asked I didn't know how to use the lock tool.
Anyway, I appreciate your help.

Maybe the software had a glitch and it locked? I think things like this have happened before to some.

Just an FYI, if you're on a thread listing page and double click on the icon just to the left of a thread that you started it will get locked. Double clicking again unlocks it.
